Job: Marketing & Sales Assistant

We are interested in an applicant who is a:
· Strong writer with experience writing newsletters, copy and press releases
· Adept at Graphic Design with proficiency in Canva
· Experienced in social media
· Creative with exceptional attention to detail
· Extremely organized, a star at creating systems and capable of multi-tasking
· Extraordinarily reliable
· Capable of weighing and prioritizing responsibilities on a day to day basis
· Industrious, Self-directed, Flexible, and adapt readily to change
· Positive, keen, and easy going - in outlook as well as attitude
· Intrinsically motivated and work well independently yet get along well others
· Can also perform general office duties as needed
Education and experience:
· Must have graduated high school and have some post-secondary education/training, university degree or equivalent experience in a professional setting
· In lieu of the above, candidates who have successfully completed a graphic design program are also invited to apply
Support Founder & CEO on day to day tasks
· Maintain online presence: websites, social media
· Implement content calendar
· Manage sales CRM and wholesale clients
· Prepare marketing materials, and run the Batiqua newsletter
